Blackwork Snow Scene cross stitch pattern

Regular price £4.00 £0.00 Unit price per

This peaceful snow scene is stitched almost entirely in blackwork (backstitches). There are just a few single cross stitches for individual snowflakes, which could be stitched as beads instead. The whole piece is stitched in one colour, so you can use any colour you prefer - perhaps etoile thread or even glow in the dark! When stitched on 14 count fabric, the pattern fits in a 6 inch hoop as shown in the image.

• Stitch count: 70 wide x 68 high
• Approximate size on 14 count aida: 5.0in wide x 4.9in high (12.7cm wide x 12.3cm high)
• 1 colour, DMC numbers given – or swap to any colour of your choice, such as etoile thread or glow in the dark thread
• Uses backstitches and a few individual cross stitches; no fractional backstitches or cross stitches
• Stitch on fabric of your colour choice (image is shown on dark blue fabric)
• Suitable for those with a little experience of cross stitch

You will receive two PDF instant download files:
• Cross stitch pattern booklet with a single page chart, DMC thread key and colour picture of the finished pattern
• Beginner's guide to cross stitching, explaining everything you need to know to stitch the pattern

This listing is for PDFs of this pattern; it is not a completed piece nor a kit, so no fabric, thread or other materials are included. The charts are Instant Download so you can start stitching straight away!

A link to the downloads will be sent to the email address you give when you order. There will also be a link to download the files directly from the completed order page. The files are sent as PDFs in one zip file. Please unzip the file (right click > extract all) after downloading, and then you can open each PDF within the file.
